Little creature is sad, because he does not know the meaning of his life. But one day, the magic come. You must help him to get to the platform in the same color. But you must pay attention to the time and the black platforms, because the game will end.

Tap the left half of the screen to move the creature left and the right half to move right. Always check the color of the next platform before moving to avoid landing on black platforms. Time your moves carefully to stay within the time limit and reach the correct colored platform before it's too late.
Transition is a puzzle game where you guide a small, melancholic creature to platforms that match its current color. The goal is to help the creature find its purpose by navigating through levels where each platform has a specific color. You must carefully time your moves because the game ends if you hit a black platform or run out of time. The gameplay involves choosing the correct direction—left or right—based on the color of the platform you need to reach. The game was developed during the Bratislava Game Jam 2016 and won the Attendee Choice award, with its theme centered around the concept of transition.
