Neon Directive features 30 distinct levels that increase in difficulty, each designed with a futuristic aesthetic. Players control a paddle to bounce a ball and break bricks, aiming to clear every block in each stage. The game includes two special power-ups: Multi-Ball, which splits the ball into several, and the Ghost Ball, which passes through obstacles. The physics are precise, with responsive paddle movement controlled by the arrow keys and a ball launched using the space bar.
