Use the flashlight (RMB) to reveal enemies in dark corridors, especially when moving through tight spaces where threats may be hidden. Prioritize enemy types that move faster or have higher health by switching to higher-damage weapons quickly with the 1–9 keys. Combine grenade throws with ranged attacks to clear groups of enemies efficiently, and use cover by crouching (C) when facing heavy fire.

In Backrooms Assault 2, you take on the role of a survivor navigating a maze-like environment filled with endless corridors and dimly lit rooms. Your objective is to fight through waves of enemies while searching for the exit to progress. As you advance, you’ll unlock more powerful weapons, allowing you to tackle increasingly difficult encounters. The game features a mix of combat mechanics including aiming with the right mouse button, using a flashlight to reveal hidden threats, and deploying grenades with the G key. You can also engage in close combat with melee attacks using the H key, while crouching with C provides cover. The game supports multiple weapons that can be quickly selected using numbers 1–9, and reloading is done with R. Movement is controlled via WASD, with Shift for sprinting and Space for jumping.
